Launched in 2011, My First Job In Film began with the mission of making your job search less about who you know and more about your skills and achievements. To make sure that good quality new entrant opportunities were available to anyone who was passionate about working in film. To achieve this, we only work with established, reputable productions and companies, all of whom have to meet industry best practice guidelines. Today, our role is about much more than finding work opportunities for our members in the UK and the US. My First Job In Film is a community of like-minded new filmmakers, and we are committed to providing you with the best career advice and support we can, making sure that you are well prepared to be the industry’s future leaders.

William Chris Wine Company was founded in October 2020 by William Chris Vineyards’ Chris Brundrett and Lost Draw Cellars’ Andrew Sides. Originally friends and allies in the Texas wine industry, Chris and Andrew saw an opportunity to bring their resources together and build a wine company based on their shared vision and values. William Chris Wine Co. is the parent company of William Chris Vineyards (est. 2008), Lost Draw Cellars (est. 2012), Skeleton Key (est. 2015), and Grower Projext (est. 2015), and is the leading producer of 100 percent Texas-grown wines in the Lone Star State.

Studio 250 is a photo and video studio, location rental, showroom, meeting space, and event venue in midtown Manhattan. Measuring 2,600 usable square feet with 11 foot ceilings, we offer abundant daylight including north-facing light and unobstructed city views. Led by award-winning screenwriter Timothy Cooper, our weekly classes combine a supportive atmosphere with personalized attention and expert story notes to ensure that each writer meets his or her unique goals. Blueprint students regularly go on to get staffed, sign with agents/managers, sell their scripts, see their films produced, win elite contests, get into the world’s top festivals, and receive major writing awards—not to mention feel a powerful sense of accomplishment. Mustache is a full-service, end-to-end, Creative Content Agency with a keen focus on video campaigns, original content entertainment, and all things social media. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Mustache is staffed with a passionate and diverse set of multi-hyphenate creators and doers poised to craft soup-to-nuts, visually-stunning, imaginative, thoughtful, hilarious content and campaigns for any platform. Born of an instinct to buck tradition and institutional bloat, Mustache's energized team is designed to contend with the biggest dinosaurs in the advertising, digital and entertainment industries. Sports Video Group Women (SVGW) is a networking group that aims to enhance the role of women in the creation, production, and distribution of sports content. SVGW members are integral to the overall Sports Video Group community, and work for sports leagues, teams, television networks, technology companies, and start-ups where their focus is the business and technology behind sports production.

The Newhouse Sports Media Center builds on that reputation, connecting alumni, faculty and current students through their sports journalism skills and passion for the profession. The center provides oversight for the school’s Sports Communications Emphasis, a specialized track for graduate and undergraduate students, collaborates with on-campus sports media and strengthens academic-industry partnerships through special events, guest lectures and an advisory board of professionals in sports media. Associated faculty members serve as experts on issues in the field. Veteran television sports producer and professor of practice Olivia Stomski ’01 is the Center’s director.

GUM Studios is a 21,000 sq ft facility located one block from Hunter's Point waterfront park in Long Island City, NY. GUM caters to all film productions including commercials, feature films, long-term TV shows, high-end photoshoots and music videos.
